The difference between an HSA (Health Savings Account) and FSA (Flexible Spending Account) is that your HSA $$ rolls over from year to year, while FSA $$ does not. FSA is a "use it or lose it" account.
We recommend scheduling your eye examination before December 31st and using your HSA and FSA cards to pick up some extra glasses or contact lenses for the New Year!
